Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before processing the order rather than simply cancelling it.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is received. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that item in full – we will not substitute a different product without asking you first.

Product information

We take product descriptions, ingredients and images from the manufacturer. Manufacturers change formulations and packaging without notice, so the item you receive may differ in appearance from the photograph. If a formulation change matters to you – an allergy, a prescription diet – contact us before ordering and we will check the stock we actually hold.

Stock

Stock levels shown are live from our warehouse. Occasionally a count can be wrong; if that affects your order we will contact you.
