Beyond the shop itself, here is what else we can do for you.

Case and carton orders

Most of our wet food is available as single units, six-packs and full cartons of 24. Buying by the carton is cheaper per can. If you want a case of something listed only as singles, ask us.

Bulk and regular orders

If you run a shelter, a boarding facility, a cattery or a clinic, or you simply go through a lot of food, email hello@sgpetshop.com. We can arrange standing orders and quote for volume.

Product sourcing

If a brand we carry makes a variant we have not listed, ask – we can often bring it in on our next order rather than you hunting for it elsewhere.

Product advice

We stock the food, so we can tell you what is actually in the box: pack sizes, ingredients, and how a formulation compares to one you are already feeding. What we cannot do is give veterinary advice. For prescription diets and anything medical, speak to your vet first, and we will help you get hold of what they recommend.

Collection

Collection from our Ubi warehouse may be possible for larger orders. Email us before ordering to arrange it – please do not turn up unannounced, as the warehouse is not a shopfront.
