Order today and it is at your door within 24 hours, anywhere in Singapore – delivered directly from our own warehouse.

Express 24 Hours Delivery

Every order is delivered within 24 hours of being placed. Never outsourced, it is carefully and lovingly packed by our own team and sent straight out.

Delivery charges

• $8 per order, standard.
• Free on orders from $100.
• Free from $60 for Treats Club members.

We deliver within Singapore only. The price you see is the price you pay – there is no GST, and nothing is added at checkout except delivery.

How it works

Orders are picked and packed by our team, then delivered by our own drivers or a courier depending on the size of the order and where you are. You will be notified by SMS when your order is packed, and again when it has been delivered.

Delivery address

Please give a full Singapore address including the postal code and the unit number. A missing unit number is the single most common reason a delivery fails. If nobody is home, our driver will contact you on the number on the order.

Large and heavy items

Full cartons of wet food and large bags of dry food are heavy. If you live in a walk-up or there is no lift access, tell us in the order notes so the driver comes prepared.

Something wrong with your delivery?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours at hello@sgpetshop.com with your order number and a photograph. See Returns.
