Authenticity Guarantee - authorised distributors, local stock only, no parallel imports

Everything we sell comes direct from the brand’s authorised distributor in Singapore. It is local stock, held here, and we do not deal in parallel imports. That is the whole policy, and it has no exceptions.

What that means

  • Direct from authorised distributorsWe buy from the distributor the brand itself appoints for Singapore. Not from a trader, not from a clearance lot, not from whoever happened to have a pallet going cheap.
  • Local stock onlyThe tin or the bag we post to you has been in Singapore the whole time, in the distributor’s hands and then in ours at Ubi.
  • No parallel importsWe do not stock grey-market goods brought in outside the official channel, whatever the margin on them. If we cannot buy it properly, we do not list it.

Why it is worth caring about

Pet food is not like a phone case. It has a shelf life, it is sensitive to how it was stored and carried, and the recipe can differ between the version made for one market and the version made for another. Buying through the official channel is what keeps all three honest – and it is what lets the brand stand behind the product if something is ever wrong with it.

If something looks off

Tell us and we will put it right. Check the batch code and the expiry date on the pack when it arrives; if anything does not look as it should, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund it. Our returns policy has the detail.

Every order is packed by our own team at 55 Ubi Ave 1 and delivered within 24 hours. Nothing is drop-shipped from anywhere else.
